

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR - ALTONA, VIC
As an Operations Supervisor at AutoNexus Altona, you will be responsible for all site activities of receiving, processing and distribution by providing quality finished vehicles in agreed service level of major brands and related services to meet present and future needs of customers.
This pivotal role involves ensuring operational efficiency, managing a dedicated team, and maintaining high service standards.
Further to the above, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
· Liaise with customers and the Operations Manager in regard to ship arrivals
· Organising and supervising yard staff to receive vehicles, including labour planning
· Organising storage yard to accommodate incoming shipments
· Monitor and review team performance
· Provide strong leadership to the team
· Coordinate regular toolbox meetings and follow up OH&S activities
About You
To be successful you must possess the following:
· Experience in a similar role
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to manage and prioritise
· Experience leading and developing a high performing team
